| 3 | Evaluate the main drivers behind firm value. |
| 4 | Appraise firm's capital investment decisions. |
| 5 | Analyse the theoretical and practical aspects of firm's dividend policy. |

| Firm's risk profiling; estimation of firm's weighted average cost of capital; optimal capital structure; firm value models; shareholder value analysis; firm's payout policy; capital investments; corporate restructuring; sustainable finance, sustainable growth frameworks; risk management. |
