Aims of Module
To develop the skills to be able to successfulyy complete an integrated case study within a simulated business context based on the material drawn from the CIMA Operational and Management level modules,P1, E1, F1, P2, E2 and F2.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Apply competencies required to assimulate case study information.
2 Apply technical skills learned in CIMA P1, E1, F1,P2, E2 and F2 modules to case study simulations.
3 Demonstrate an understanding of the relevant issues raised within the business context of a case study simulation.
4 Demonstrate an understanding of relevant ethical issues raised within a case study simulation.

Indicative Module Content
This module does not introduce any new technical content but integrates material covered by both CIMA Operational and Management level modules P1, E1, F1, P2, E2 and F2.

Module Delivery
The mode of delivery is Distance Learning - with a focus on the use of interactive online activities such as forums and chat rooms.

Description: Component one is the CIMA Management level integrated case study.

MODULE PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTOR
Explanatory Text
The module is assessed by one component: C1 - Examination - 100% weighting. This module is not graded. After a student has sat the CIMA examination, CIMA then provides the student with the result. This is recorded as P (Pass) after confirmation of a Pass mark has been received from CIMA.
Module Grade Minimum Requirements to achieve Module Grade:
Pass Demonstrates that the learning outcomes have been met.
Fail Fails to demonstrate that the learning outcomes have been met.
NS Non-submission of work by published deadline or non-attendance for examination

Module Requirements
Prerequisites for Module Students cannot sit the assessment for this module until they have passed the CIMA Management level modules - BS3370, BS3371, BS3372. However, they can undertake to study the module.
Corequisites for module None.
Precluded Modules None.
