Welcome to The Robert Gordon University. IT Services are ready to help with all your IT needs, from using the University network to purchasing your own laptop or software.
Your first point of call for most computer-related questions or problems is the IT Help Desk, phone 2777. For Faculty Intranet queries you should call 2233.

The University pays annual charges for the use of the Joint Academic Network (JANET). This network is the means by which all our PCs are connected to the internet. All users are therefore expected to abide by JANET regulations (below).
If you are in Woolmanhill or Garthdee Halls of Residence there is a website with information on how to connect to the Halls Network.
