Current Known Issues:
*If receiving an error "Invalid login, please try again" when trying to log into CampusMoodle can you please next try logging into the password manager using the link below. Enter your UserID and password and if prompted to change your password please do so straight away. However if unable to log into the password manager please contact the IT Helpdesk using the webform also below.
*Using Safari on an iPad or iPhone there is a delay loading Password Manager. Try using an alternative free browser such as Opera for much quicker access.
*If you’ve received a ‘Single-sign on Access’ error then you have likely just changed your password, but you also need to now close down ALL browser sessions, then launch a new one to access RGU resources with your new password.
