IT Services Helpdesk
IT Services Helpdesk is made up of a small team providing help to users with any problems they may encounter while using the computer systems within the Robert Gordon University.
We will provide solutions to queries over the phone, or will where appropriate appoint someone to come and visit the user. Alternatively you can make use of our walk-in service which is available at Room A56, St Andrews Street Building.
The Helpdesk is your first point of contact for all computer related problems.

- Deal with all calls quickly and efficiently
- Provide on-site help where appropriate
- Pass relevant queries to other sections of the department
- Keep users informed of all developments with their relevant query
- Follow a job through to its resolution
