At RGU we recognise how important it is to develop our staff - ultimately we depend on skilled employees at all levels for our continual growth and innovation.

This is why we have been accredited to the "Investors in People" standard since 1995, and have recently been re-accredited under the IiPs new standard. The new standard not only demonstrates the organisation's ability to meet the IiPs core criteria, but supports continuous improvement in key strategic areas. We continue to value it as a measure of our commitment to employee development.

The RGU Organisational Development team is committed to refining and strengthening the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels, as part of a wider commitment to ensure RGU has the overall organisational capability to deliver on its longer term goals.

To do this we need to balance and align your needs with the overall strategic and directional needs of the University.
