What is Leadership @ RGU?
What can it do for me?
RGU has a comprehensive leadership and management development programme to help its leaders, at all levels, manage more effectively.
Leaders Toolkit
This toolkit has been developed specifically for use within RGU. It is part of a move to a more flexible, University focused approach to development and support activities for leaders.
As a leader/manager in RGU you will have access to the toolkit via Moodle. If not, please let us know. The modules have been developed to meet your requirements and requests and will be added to over time. They are available as online learning modules or mobile learning to your ipad and smart phone. They have been designed so you can go in and access the information you need, when you need it.
To support you in your workplace we run follow-up workshops and action learning sets. Please contact OD for further details.
