The Support Team deals with all maintenance requests, minor works requests and key requests from staff
The work is categorised by type - either Maintenance or Minor Works. The maintenance work is further categorised by reponse time depending on the nature of the problem.
During normal working hours routine requests should be reported via email or internet to:
Internet: By completing a maintenance form via the internet
When reporting a fault it is important that the following information is provided:
- Your Full Name
- Telephone No.(On/Off site)
- E.Mail Address
- Building Location / Room No.
- Details of problem (joinery/electrical/plumbing)
- Access/Timescale arrangements (if required)
Work of an emergency nature during normal working hours should be reported to: 01224 263131
Staff are encouraged to inform the maintenance team of any need for repair to building fabric which comes to their attention.
