Robert Gordon University Graduation Ceremonies
Welcome to Robert Gordon University Graduation web pages. The following information should answer most of your questions on graduation and is of importance to all students graduating in person or 'in absentia'.
All students who may be eligible to graduate should receive a letter and/or email containing instructions on how to register for graduation and a unique password which will enable online registration. Without this, you will be unable to take any further steps in getting ready for graduation. Please note that letters are sent to students' home addresses and email addresses logged with student records. If you have not received any correspondence by Friday 7 May, please get in touch with Student Records.
Information on how to pay the registration fee, gown hire, photography, guest ticket allocation and the arrangements for the day itself can be found on these pages. Please read through them carefully!
You can navigate through these pages by selecting the links listed on the left-hand side of the page, or by following the links on the Graduation Checklist. Please make sure you read each section, as the information is important to making your graduation as enjoyable, and hassle free, as possible.

Important places
The map below indicates key places that will be important for you at graduation time. It is advisable that guests with cars leave adequate time to find parking spaces. There are various public car parks in the city centre - the nearest to the Music Hall are the Denburn and Harriet St Car Parks.
